Cincinnati is as Eco as Portland?

Hey Amigos,

I just discovered some great possible happenings in Cincinnati. Through my local green store, park+vine, I discovered that Cincinnati is thinking about putting a streetcar system in. This would be a great addition to our city; eco-wise.

Still praying for my favorite candidate. I believe miracles are possible. Seriously.
