This is a picture of our present situation upstairs. We're in the middle of painting and caulking. My dad told me that Caulk is a homeowners' best friend. I would agree with that. Sealing, patching, covering settled edges...it's amazing. I suggest DAP for your caulking needs...specifically the 'kwik' tube...the red one. It's really easy. Beats those guns I can't figure out how to use. I should be posting more pictures later...they'll be on our Picasa Page either tonight or tomorrow. Check back or put it on your RSS feed.
